We are heading to Vífilsfell, a friendly giant overlooking Reykjavík. The mountain stands 655 meters above sea level (elevation 300m from parking area) and the hike is relatively easy. Estimated time of hike is 2 hours.
We recommend warm clothes, good shoes, snacks and a bottle of water.

We will meet up at the parking lot by gas station N1 in Ártúnsbrekka at 13.00. You can take bus 16 from Hlemmur to bus stop Breiðhöfði / Ártún. We will do our best to car pool together. You can use the Facebook event to ask for a ride to the hike.
