Medieval troubadours in colourful tights, farmers wearing sheepskin shoes, Henry the eighth at queen Jane’s deathbed, pom hats and Icelandic 20th century country romance are among the topics of queer classical concert during Reykjavik Pride at the Einar Jónsson museum.
Eyjólfur Eyjólfsson is a tenor singer and “langspil” player (the traditional Icelandic drone zither). Eyjólfur will perform some of his own music along with national and foreign music and folk songs with the help of Gísli Magna, Hafsteinn Thorolfsson and Hreidar Ingi Thorsteinsson.
