Ragnar Erling Hermannsson was diagnosed as HIV-positive a few years ago when he was brought to a hospital, seriously sick, and found out that he had AIDS. In this interview he talks about his childhood, being bullied and his love of Tina Turner; the drug addiction and his journey towards attaining self-respect, as well as his fear of HIV and the shock that followed his own diagnosis. Ragnar is now a sober, healthy and active young man, and he responds well to the HIV treatment. He finds strength in the difficulties he has faced, and in the future he hopes to help others to do the same.
