This year Reykjavík Pride (or Hinsegin Dagar as we call it) is longer than usual – to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the Stonewall Riots and the 20 year anniversary of Reykjavík Pride! A lot of amazing events are happening from August 7th to August 17th and we expect all wonderful queer people of the city to be exhausted and happy by the end of these colorful celebrations.
Therefore we want to invite all us queer-lings, allies and entourages to come together in a respectful & loving environment to hang out, drink, dance, relax, talk… WHATEVER… together on this last evening of Pride 2019.
- Entry is FREE.
- DJ Villiljós will take care of the music.
- We will have special offers at the bar.
- Everyone is welcome – “except for assholes” as stated on our welcoming sign! No prejudice, no bullshit, just fun.
- Gaukurinn is a LGBTQ+ supportive bar & venue. Our bathrooms are gender neutral.
