Reykjavík Pride’s General Assembly will be held at Samtökin ‘78’s headquarters, at Suðurgata 3, Thursday 23 November 2023 at 5:30 PM.

The agenda is in line with the agenda proposed by the bylaws:
- Voting of the assembly’s chairperson

- Financial statements
- Membership fee
- Amendments to the bylaws
- Board elections

Membership
All members in good standing have the right to participate in the general assembly. Membership fee can be paid at the start of the meeting, and the membership registry is open for the duration of the meeting.
Board Elections
According to the bylaw, board members are elected for a term of two years with an overlap. These are the seats to be filled, according to the bylaw:
- Chairperson – term of 2 years
- Two board members – term of 2 years
In addition, due to special circumstances, these roles will be filled in the 2023 general assembly:
- Secretary – term remainder: 1 year
- Two board members – term remainder 1 year
All members in good standing are eligible for these positions, according to article 3.2 of the bylaw.
Nominations should be sent in writing, 72 hours before the assembly. Interested parties should thus nominate themselves by sending an email to pride@hinsegindagar.is before 5:30 PM on Monday 20 November. Please state which role you are running for.
An internal auditor will also be elected.
