Reykjavik Pride and Nasdaq invite you to a workshop on LGBTQ+ people in the workplace. This is their second year of collaboration, as well as the second year of Nasdaq being recognized by The Human Rights Campaign Foundation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality”. Richard Taylor, VP Employee Experience, will speak about what companies specifically, can do to be safe, welcoming and inclusive places for not only LGBTQ+ people but also other minorities. Representatives from the Icelandic public and private sectors will also be present.
