The Reykjavík Pride Off-Venue Fund is intended to support independently organized events that take place outside the official Reykjavík Pride program – so-called off-venue events. Its purpose is to encourage initiative, grassroots creativity, and diversity in event programming during the festival.
✅ Who can apply?
Anyone organizing a registered off-venue event during Reykjavík Pride can apply – individuals, groups, artists, or organizations.

💡 What is eligible for funding?
- Rental of venue and equipment
- Production costs (e.g. sound equipment, printing)
- Promotional materials and advertising
- Accessibility improvements or communication of accessibility information
❌ We do not fund salaries or artist fees.
The application period is open from June 17 to July 8, 2025.
Grants will be allocated on July 15, 2025, and published via an announcement on the Reykjavík Pride website and via email.
